Mrs. Cragg will provide guests with a cultural and historical introduction to Chado (The Way of Tea) in this workshop at the Tea Embassy. Both of these schools have nuanced differences in the way that matcha is prepared and whisked. According to your preference, she will demonstrate and coach you on whisking technique and care of your chasen (whisk). Tea Embassy will have various grades of matcha and utensils available for sale.
