No. When you have finished shopping and viewing your shopping cart, click
the CHECKOUT button on the shopping cart page. This will direct you to
the login page. Instead of logging in or creating a new account, you may
simply click the "Place Order Without Account" link. Creating
an account is for your convenience. When you create an account, it stores
your personal information, making it easier and faster when you place
additional orders with us.
We no longer use PayPal as our online merchant gateway. Our new secure
payment process allows you to place an order without a PayPal account,
making the order process faster and easier.
Shopping on our website is very simple. Go to any of our product category
pages and click on the product category or product that interests you.
Then simply add the product you want to your shopping cart, by clicking
on the ADD TO CART button next to the product photo and description. Once
you have finished shopping, click on the CHECKOUT button to complete your
purchase.
Our shopping cart system saves the contents of your cart for up to one
hour. If you add items to your shopping cart and leave your computer or
leave the cart idle for more than sixty minutes, your shopping cart will
automatically reset. This occurs to prevent inaccurate orders.

Since our business is located in Texas, customers ordering from a Texas address must pay sales tax for their purchases. Orders placed in Texas are charged 8.25% sales tax on all taxable items.
We do not currently ship international orders. We have attempted this
in the past and it is too difficult to track and insure packages outside
of the United States.
Most orders are processed and filled within 24 hours of placing it during normal business hours, Tuesday through Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. CST. This means that many orders will arrive to you very quickly, sometimes within several days of placing your order. We ask that you allow two weeks from the time you place your order to the time of arrival for your package.
We ship all our orders with either USPS Priority Mail service or UPS Ground Service. We have found both services to be fast and reliable methods of shipping our products to you promptly and efficiently.
We want you to be fully satisfied with the products you buy from us.
We guarantee your satisfaction for up to 30 days from the date of purchase.
If you aren't completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return your
items, well packaged and we will refund your money minus the shipping
charges.
